1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, orders and the supply of goods and services by Dragon Signs, part of the Dragon Group (“we”, “us”), 7-9 Stadium Close, Penarth Road, Cardiff, CF11 8TS. By accepting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, which also govern your use of this website.
2. Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. Any changes to an agreed order must be confirmed in writing and may affect price and lead times.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Bespoke projects may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Design, Artwork & Approvals
Where we supply artwork or proofs, production will not begin until you approve them in writing. Once approved, you are responsible for any errors in spelling, content, colours or logos. You warrant that all materials you supply to us (logos, images, text) do not infringe any third party’s rights, and you indemnify us against any claim arising from their use.
5. Bespoke Goods & Returns
The majority of our products are made to your individual specification. Bespoke goods are non-returnable and, where applicable, are excluded from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
6. Delivery & Installation
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to site, including power where required. Delays caused by access issues, site conditions or changes requested by you may result in additional charges.
7. Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or completion of installation. The goods remain our property until we receive payment in full.
8. Warranty
We warrant that for 12 months from delivery or installation, our goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform substantially to the agreed specification. This warranty excludes fair wear and tear, extreme weather, misuse, unauthorised modification, and third-party electrical components (which carry their own manufacturer warranties). Our only obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective goods.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods or services, and we shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings and artwork produced by us remain our intellectual property until the related invoice is paid in full. The content of this website, including text, images and branding, may not be reproduced without our permission.
11. Website Use
You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its normal operation.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, material shortages, transport disruption or industrial action.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
