In 2007, Rhys opened the doors of Dragon Signs with a team of 5. Already experienced in the world of signage, Rhys was confident the team had the capabilities and passion to take their knowledge further and become Brand Image Specialists.

Their aim was to ensure they understood every inch of signage products on the market and provide their customers with quality solutions that would really get their brand noticed.

Eleven years later, with a growing operation and loyal employees, Rhys still maintains a relationship with the first customer he started his journey with all those years ago.


The chance of boredom would be a fine thing for Mike. Over the past 10 years, he has been ensuring the business runs smoothly and customers are happy.

Never one to shy away from rolling his sleeves up, Mike carries out the majority of site surveys and often spends hours of his day consulting with clients, explaining the finer details about suitable products for any given space.


Nathan is our invaluable Sales Director. With 21 years’ sales experience under his belt, he thoroughly understands what good customer service looks like.

Working closely with management and the wider team, Nathan has taken a key role in understanding the long term relationships we manage so well at Dragon Signs.

Nathan thrives on understanding what we do well and ensures our customers get lots more of it. When he’s not meeting new customers and talking forecasts (business not weather), he can often be found buried in spreadsheets and data.
